Community Manager Job Description At Lazer Medicina Estética, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and organized professional responsible for managing the brand's digital presence on social media. The main objective will be to strengthen communication with our audience, increase campaign reach, and ensure the proper execution of the monthly content schedule, aligned with the clinic’s values, aesthetics, and visual identity. Responsibilities: Plan, write, and publish content on social media according to the content calendar. Design digital communication strategies targeted at the brand’s audience. Coordinate the promotion of offers, campaigns, and treatment launches. Monitor key performance metrics (engagement, reach, audience growth). Review and validate information and materials before publication. Propose creative ideas and visual adaptations to improve audience engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team on reports, performance analysis, and digital growth strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field). Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Excellent writing, spelling, and ability to communicate visually appealing messages. Proficiency with social media management tools and content editing software.
