




**POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide support in personnel administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations; participate in recruitment, training, document management, payroll, and workplace climate processes to contribute to the proper functioning of the Human Resources department. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1\. Personnel Administration** * Create employee files and keep them updated. * Manage registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and internal platforms. * Attendance, tardiness, vacation, and leave control. * Draft letters, administrative minutes, notices, and employment documents. **2\. Recruitment and Selection** * Post job openings on various platforms. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department supervisors. * Administer psychometric tests (if applicable). * Follow up on hiring processes. **3\. Payroll (support)** * Collect attendance records for payroll calculation. * Validate hours, commissions, and bonuses. * Assist in distributing pay slips and answering employee inquiries. **4\. Training** * Coordinate internal and external training courses. * Maintain records of certifications, DC\-3 forms, and annual programs (if applicable). * Monitor training performance follow\-up. **5\. Labor Relations and Organizational Climate** * Support in resolving labor conflicts. * Channel complaints and provide appropriate follow\-up. * Participate in team building or internal communication activities. **6\.
