




**Leading national technology implementation company** is seeking to develop your talent as a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** due to growth. **Requirements:** **Experience:** * 1 year or more. * Remote and on-site support. * Availability to travel within the region. **Education:** Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science. **Specific Knowledge:** * Knowledge of backup creation, formatting, and software and hardware installation. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new equipment with Windows 10 or higher operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **We Offer:** * Unconditional monthly base salary * Reimbursement of travel expenses (local transportation) * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 * Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00 (half-day, depending on location) **Priority will be given to candidates who send a message to WhatsApp 5545106021**
