Civil Engineer

We are seeking a **Civil Engineer** passionate about innovation and efficient project management who wishes to join our team. This role will be key in the development, supervision, and execution of construction projects. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (degree holder) * Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years, preferably in the construction sector (ideally industrial or automotive) * Experience managing personnel * Knowledge of local and international construction regulations * Proficiency in AutoCAD (design and drafting) **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and execution of construction works * Coordination of contractors and suppliers * Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules * Review of project estimates and progress * Preparation of project progress reports * Control of the financial schedule for construction (dates and amounts) * Monitoring of the project's critical path * Management of additional work not included in the initial budget * Preparation of construction generators * Timely procurement of materials * Supervision of compliance with on-site safety regulations **Conditions** * Availability to work on holidays when necessary * Willingness to relocate * Location: Saltillo, Coahuila * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM * Salary: Negotiable At **HELISA**, we promote an inclusive and non-discriminatory work environment.
