Education in Automatic Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Refrigeration Installations, and/or professional experience acquired through work. **Position Objective:** Provide technical support for special equipment, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector, serving customers remotely and on-site, following company guidelines and CS management directives. **Responsibilities:** * Perform commissioning of special equipment (complex systems with significant pressure and temperature control components). * Provide telephone support, remote connection assistance, and customer support. * Propose improvements related to control systems of already installed equipment (upgrade projects). * Generate reports on completed activities. * Update changes made to each equipment's templates to maintain reliable information that enhances the service we provide. **Required Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in PM and industrial equipment maintenance. Experience in electromechanical maintenance and assembly will be valued.
