After-Sales Manager * Industrial Engineering, Automotive Mechanics, Administration or related field * Minimum of 1 year in similar positions within the automotive sector. * Experience in service, customer service, and technical personnel management. * Desirable experience with recognized automotive brands or multi-brand dealerships. * Knowledge of after-sales processes (service, warranty, spare parts) * Management of automotive workshops. * Handling of performance indicators (KPIs) * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Effective communication and conflict resolution skills. * Work planning and organization. * Ability to commute to the north of Saltillo.
