Supervisory level Assembly Line Unit Leader (Unit Leader) with responsibilities focused on ensuring quality at the workstation under a planning framework aimed at meeting safety, quality, and manufacturing standards according to SPW principles at the production line level. The UL will lead a functional team planning systematic actions to maintain internal and external KPIs within corporate targets. **Type of Experience:** 3 years of experience in assembly processes within the Automotive Industry, **Required Education Level:** Bachelor's degree or professional qualification specializing in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related fields **Language:** English 80% (spoken and written) **Preferred Requirements:** Knowledge of assembly processes in main production lines, basic systems of complexity, operation of tools and machinery in the assembly process, manufacturing standards and government product regulations, audit systems (MQGR, ISO…..), SPW system and tracking key performance indicators, acquiring leadership knowledge which must be adopted and demonstrated with energy to achieve stated objectives, acting with integrity and respect, keeping things as simple and innovative as possible.
