At LDM, we are a professional, motivated, and committed team. **Key Responsibilities** **2.1** Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements according to the company's geographic location: Work under the guidelines of Linamar’s Global Operating System; ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System; ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System; IATF 16949 Quality Management System Standards. * Support, promote, and demonstrate Linamar’s leadership values and behaviors. * Maintain balance among customer, employee, and financial satisfaction by improving key performance indicators to maximize facility/department efficiency aligned with Linamar’s success strategies. * Provide support to Lean initiatives in accordance with the LPS department. * Maintain the department's 5S standards. * Move and store materials, parts, or products. * Ensure continuous workflow. * Maintain incoming material flow and report shortages or damaged materials. * Record data timely into the IFS computer system. * Move materials between departments using forklift operators. * Fulfill storage area requirements and deliver materials to designated areas. * Make recommendations for workflow improvements or workplace enhancements. * Perform inventory control functions such as cycle counts, inventory verification, and tracking and resolving discrepancies. * Stack pallets according to stowage criteria and organize materials following safety aspects during work execution. * Operate other equipment when required, such as walkie cranes or hoists, provided proper training has been received. * Ensure safe handling of pallets/dunnage. * Create required shipping and packing lists. * Control Kanban cards and pick sheets, ensuring PE/PS. * Prepare documentation for material shipments. * Maintain shipment records in the system. * Prepare shipping invoices for scrap shipments. * Ensure adherence to applicable IATF16949 QMS processes in the role. * Guarantee compliance with applicable elements of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System related to their function. **Minimum Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field 3 years of experience * **Desired Characteristics** * Warehouse knowledge.
