




we are looking for an **Import/Export Coordinator** who will ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency in all our foreign trade operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate communication with **national and international suppliers and customers** for material import and export. * Prepare and review **Anexo 24 invoices** under various customs regimes. * Perform **tariff classification** of raw materials, finished products, and fixed assets. * Assign **product codes for CFDI Carta Porte** and hazardous materials. * Manage **creation and updates of part numbers and BOMs** in Anexo 24. * Plan **national and international transportation logistics**. * Compile and maintain up-to-date **foreign trade records**. * Execute **virtual operation closures**, discharges, and reconciliations (Data Stage vs Anexo 24). * Respond to **FDA requirements** and apply tariff benefits (PROSEC, USMCA, Reglas Octavas). * Handle procedures before **VUCE, COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT, and SENER**. * Review **RRNAs and TIGIE**, ensuring compliance with customs and IMMEX regulations. * Maintain effective communication with **customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or related field. * **Minimum of 3 years' experience** in a similar role within the manufacturing or maquiladora industry. * Proficiency in **Anexo 24**, **PROSEC**, **IMMEX**, **CIVA**, and **current customs regulations**. * Knowledge of **USMCA, Reglas Octavas, and international logistics**. * Intermediate to advanced **English** skills (technical reading and writing). * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage under pressure. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Professional development opportunities in a growing international company. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
