Important Land Transportation Company We are seeking: **Traffic Monitor** **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related field. Gender: Indifferent. No issues commuting to the work location (Libramiento Óscar Flores Tapia). 2 years of verifiable experience working in logistics and transportation companies. Availability to work rotating shifts (4x4\) **MANDATORY.** **NO employee transportation available** Basic knowledge of GPS Tracking: * Monitor that vehicles carry out assigned trips. * Interact with drivers regarding required movements. * Review and follow up on loading and unloading operations. * Update the internal system with trip status and completion. * Assist drivers with requests (toll payments, diesel requests, maneuvers, advances, etc.), providing follow-up and confirming request status. * Attend to clients, keeping them informed about their shipment status. * Maintain constant communication with clients regarding their trip status. * Follow up on any issues arising during the monitoring process. **BENEFITS** * Statutory benefits * Competitive salary * Ongoing training Punctuality bonus **Schedule:** Mon-Sun 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating 4x4 shifts. **NO employee transportation available** Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,600.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Logistics and Transportation: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * Basic English (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site position
