**Job Profile: Import-Export Coordinator** **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Minimum 7 years of experience** in import operations within the **automotive industry**. * **Conversational English** (interview will be conducted in English to validate proficiency level). * **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, complex formulas, database management) **Required Technical Knowledge:** * **Import permits** and **foreign trade regulations** applicable to the automotive sector. * Proficiency with platforms and regulatory frameworks including: * **VUCEM** * **IMMEX** * **PROSEC** * **Rule 8th** * **Annexes 24 and 30** * Tariff classification and tariff headings. * Management and validation of customs entry forms (pedimentos). * Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international documentation. * Coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders. * Shipment tracking (air, sea, and land). **Competencies:** * Strong **analytical and problem-solving abilities**. * **Effective communication** with internal departments and foreign suppliers. * **Organization**, task tracking, and prioritization. * Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset. * Critical thinking and regulatory compliance orientation.
