




**Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the entire payroll process (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Validate payroll incidents: attendance, overtime, tardiness, leaves of absence, disabilities, vacations. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in the payroll system and institutional platforms. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations (ISR), social security (IMSS), INFONAVIT, and other regulatory authorities. * Review payroll CFDI stamping and ensure its correct issuance. * Analyze and reconcile accounting reports related to payroll. * Support internal and external audits related to pre-payroll and payments. * Control and maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Guarantee timely and accurate payments to all employees. * Follow up on and resolve payroll-related inquiries, clarifications, or incidents. * Coordinate activities with HR, Accounting, Finance, and operational departments. * Propose improvements to payroll processes, controls, and systems. **Profile RequirementsAcademic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field. **Experience** * 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing. * Experience supervising or coordinating payroll processes and/or personnel (preferred). * Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., NOI, SuccessFactors, Kronos, Aspel, SAP, etc.). **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law * IMSS, SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT * Tax and severance calculation * Payroll incident management and pre-payroll processing * Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) * CFDI stamping and tax regulations * Preferred: courses or diplomas in payroll, labor legislation, or personnel administration.
