In the role of Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supervising asset security to ensure the protection of our assets as well as the well-being of our employees. You will be in charge of the following activities: * Promote compliance with policies and procedures of the Asset Security department, as well as their review. * Manage the access control system and its maintenance at Ariston Mexico Plant. * Provide support in the executive protection program (USA, MEXICO, ITALY, etc). * Ensure proper coordination and follow-up on C-TPAT and OEA certifications and corporate audits. * Coordinate the maintenance/repair of the Access Control system equipment, including both software and hardware components. * Keep user access rights up to date in the Access Control system. * Collaborate in meeting the annual Asset Security budget; control parking management at Ariston Mexico Plant. * Actively participate in safety drills and safety talks. * Ensure existing staff receives security training. * Coordinate with local authorities on facility security matters. * Implement improvement projects. * Adapt and implement the emergency response plan for each plant. * Liaise with federal, state, and local authorities on security matters. * Develop prevention and awareness strategies; follow up on incidents within the facilities.
