**Superintendent, Production Plan \& Control** **Summary** Responsible for determining the necessary operations for product manufacturing by reviewing part drawings, specifications, and other engineering data. Plan, schedule, carry out, or coordinate phases of engineering projects. May develop sequences of operations, estimate time requirements for each, and prepare operation sheets. At LDM, we are a professional, motivated, and committed team. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily inventory update in the system. * Work with production supervisors. * Assist in maintaining the computerized Inventory Control System along with manual data entry. * Track and maintain proper and complete daily log reports on discrepancies to resolve issues and report to and copy the Materials Supervisor. * Update daily production inventory in the system. * Update daily non-QB inventory transactions through inventory transfers (e.g., NCR; Shipping Request Forms; Goods Return Forms). * Correspond with appropriate personnel (supervisors) regarding discrepancies. * Prepare a weekly analysis report for the materials supervisor detailing the causes of errors. * Continuously update the cycle count matrix with changes in part numbers. * Prepare a monthly cycle count percentage summary. * Verify system accuracy with daily cycle counting using the cycle count calendar (ABC). * Involved in monthly verification inventory: counts and label entries. * Participate in quarterly inventory: counts and label entries. * Customer relations. * Responsible for inventory levels (raw materials, work in process, and finished goods). * Responsible for all foreign trade transactions within the Company, overseeing and outsourcing to the dedicated company supporting this matter, ensuring full compliance with all government regulations in this area. Ensure compliance with applicable elements of the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System related to their role * **Minimum Requirements** * Engineering 5 years of experience. * **Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge of machining. * Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
