**Position:** RELAP Coordinator (Sponsorship Relations) ***Position Objective:*** Coordinate the sponsorship program, ensuring the connection between sponsors and beneficiaries, compliance with indicators, and transparency in operations. Support teams, strengthen strategic alliances, coordinate the distribution of in-kind donations, and promote a performance-driven culture to optimize the program's impact. ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate the efficient execution of sponsorship activities and connections with beneficiaries and their families. * Maintain and update the children's database, promoting compliance with sponsorship relationship indicators. * Ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and regulations regarding data collection, documentation, and sponsorship program implementation. * Provide technical support to field staff across various platforms. * Advise on the efficient implementation of sponsorship activities in different community centers, ensuring alignment with quality standards and organizational guidelines. * Train newly hired staff. * Monitor memos, reports, and purchase requests. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in administrative fields. * 3 years of experience in a similar role, overseeing administrative processes. * Ability to facilitate learning. * Minimum of 1 year of experience leading work teams. * Interest in community-based work. * Compliance with and commitment to Organizational Child Protection policies. * Availability to work across 5 community centers and surrounding areas located on the outskirts of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone. ***Note:*** *Children International is committed to child safeguarding and protection.
