Based on this, we require a skilled and knowledgeable individual to perform facilitation activities in the implementation of institutional Programs within target communities under optimal conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and follow up with partner institutions for Program implementation. * Design and implement training curricula. * Manage and develop complementary educational activities. * Implement educational and health activities for the community. * Administer evaluation tools and record data. * Prepare periodic activity reports. * Ensure proper organization of physical and digital program implementation materials, as well as safeguarding the confidentiality of data and documents. * Maintain project-related documentation in a well-organized system to ensure efficient project management. * Contribute to creating a positive and credible image of the organization, particularly through adherence to the Code of Conduct, ethics, organizational values, and perspectives when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. * Promote and foster a culture of compliance and ethics across Project HOPE, maintain a clear understanding of Project HOPE’s and donor compliance and ethics standards, and adhere to such standards. * Work with the highest level of integrity, respecting humanitarian values and principles. **ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:** * Professional degree in Health or Social Sciences. * Experience in community intervention. * Experience in inter-institutional coordination, project implementation, M&E, and report writing. * Knowledge of fieldwork strategies and techniques. * Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in areas related to youth, health, non-communicable diseases, human rights, migration, human mobility, and refugees. * Skills in monitoring and management. * Experience in community education strategies. * Capacity for empathy and excellent interpersonal relations with vulnerable individuals and work teams. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams). **COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES:** Project HOPE maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, sexual and labor exploitation and abuse, as well as fraud, misappropriation, corruption, and misconduct.
