




**PROFESSIONAL PROFILE ACADEMIC COORDINATOR** Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4 pm Education and Certification: (REQUIRED) Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or fields related to education. (Degree and professional license) English certification at B2 or C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience In-depth knowledge of principles and practices in planning, managing, and coordinating academic projects and monitoring student learning activities. Experience in community education projects and applied academic research. Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written. Ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation from all students. Skill in developing and adapting teaching materials and activities to meet individual student needs and promote their holistic development. Aptitude for using innovative pedagogical approaches and educational technologies to enrich the student learning experience. Ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, promoting open and collaborative communication. Accompany, monitor, and mediate teaching and learning experiences of teachers and students. Supervise the proper application of evaluation criteria Structure the written, taught, and assessed curriculum of the Educational Model according to SEP and Cambridge guidelines. Responsible for coordinating and designing teacher training and updates that ensure professional development of the teaching staff. Coordinate teacher observation processes to monitor teaching performance. Design internal and external evaluation processes of the curricular model Diagnose educational problems and generate appropriate actions for their resolution.
