We invite you to learn more about us, our operations, and our exciting plans for the future.**Experience and required knowledge:*** Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, law, psychology, anthropology, sociology, or related field. * 1 year of experience in community engagement. * 1 year of experience in implementing social management activities. * Desirable experience in managing and executing government-promoted development programs. * Desirable experience in community relations activities at other mining sites. * Skills in collecting sociodemographic data. * Ability to identify and analyze social stakeholders. * Skills in drafting meeting minutes, records, and official correspondence. * Verbal communication skills.
