A growing **industrial** sector **company** is seeking an **Operations Supervisor** with **3 to 5 years** of experience in **warehouse operations**, inventory management, purchasing, and customer deliveries. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, storage, and shipping * Inventory control * Direct and indirect purchasing * Customer order delivery * Coordination and tracking of shipments * Field technical documentation * Data entry and system updates **Requirements** * 3 to 5 years of experience in operations/warehouse/inventory * Proficiency with information systems * Experience handling shipping guides, delivery receipts, evidence documentation, and coordination with couriers/carriers * Basic to intermediate Excel skills * Education: Technical degree or completed/incomplete bachelor's degree **Desirable** * Experience in lubricants, industrial supplies, or spare parts * Operation of hydraulic pallet jack and knowledge of warehouse safety regulations **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch break) **Work Mode:** 100% on-site (Saltillo–Ramos Arizpe area) **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Training in artificial intelligence and information systems Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
