**COSTS** We are seeking a person with the ability to analyze accounting and technical information for a group of companies engaged in various economic activities, primarily (Construction, Block Production, Freight Transportation), with integrity and reliability in handling financial information, for the preparation of financial statements. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Financial Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cost and Budgeting, Industrial Accounting, or Financial Project Management (construction sector, transportation, and production processes). * Experience in project budgeting, cost variance analysis, inventory control, profitability evaluation by project or production center, and tracking of machinery and transportation expenses. * Proficient in the CONTPAQi system. **Required Technical Skills**: * Job order costing, cost centers, and project costing. * Analysis of direct and indirect costs: materials, labor, machinery, subcontracting, and overhead. * Control of construction materials and work-in-process inventories. * Preparation and analysis of project budgets and actual vs. estimated comparisons. * Determination of unit production cost and variance control. * Analytical accounting for decision-making (margins, project profitability). * Knowledge of taxes, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial statements related to costs. * Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and accounting software. **WE OFFER:** * **MXN $30,000 monthly net income** * **\+STATUTORY BENEFITS (IMSS, vacations, Christmas bonus)** Availability **Work Location** Saltillo Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $30,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you proficient in the CONTPAQi system? * Do you have experience in project budgeting, cost variance analysis, inventory control, profitability assessment by project or production center, and tracking of machinery and transportation expenses? * How many years of experience do you have in any of these industries: construction, transportation, and production processes?
