Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator with design skills, machine-side or DNC programming capabilities, and knowledge of Fadal and FANUC controls for part manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. SolidWorks or Surfcam design skills. 2. Machine-side programming or DNC programming. 3. Fadal and FANUC control system knowledge. CNC Programmer/Operator Design skills in SolidWorks or Surfcam to create .STEP files. Ability to perform machine-side programming or send programs via DNC. Set machine zero and workpiece zero, design and run the machine to manufacture the designed part. Knowledge of Fadal and FANUC control systems. Proficiency in using any type of measuring instrument. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including identification of fit and surface finish symbols.
