Responsibilities: \- Ensure optimal performance of internal applications \- Develop new features and fix application issues. \- Conduct thorough testing of developments, fixes, or new processes. \- Generate specific reports or automations. \- Participate in designated automation projects as requested. \- Provide user support regarding application usage or issues. \- Collaborate on departmental activities as required.
