




**Sales Trainer** Design, deliver, and follow up on training programs that ensure the development of technical and behavioral competencies of staff, aligned with business objectives and company standards. Key Responsibilities * Implement national-level BRAND SALES training, both in-office or remotely (as applicable), and deliver training directly in the field. * Identify Training Needs (TNA) jointly with leaders and HR. * Design face-to-face and/or virtual training plans and materials. * Deliver induction, technical, soft skills, and sales courses. * Evaluate training effectiveness (before, during, and after). * Monitor the performance of trained employees. * Maintain training records, reports, and evidence. * Support induction processes and organizational culture initiatives. Technical Skills * Proficiency in SALES training methodologies. * Development of instructional materials (presentations, guides, manuals). * Assessment of learning and performance. * Facilitation of face-to-face group sessions. * Proficiency in digital tools (PowerPoint, Excel, training platforms). Recommended Qualifications * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Communications, or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Trainer or Instructor. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Willingness to travel. * Mandatory experience in operational or commercial training (IN SALES). **Position:** Sales Trainer **Location:** Veracruz, Veracruz **Salary:** $25,000 gross monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs **Statutory Benefits:** From day one.
