Program Manager * Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar. \- English 90% \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Minimum 4 years experience in customer service/program management. \- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees. \- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers. \- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms. \- Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E\&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports. \- Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime) \- Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
