Key Requirements: * High school diploma (minimum) / * 2.5 years of experience (minimum) * Willingness to rotate shifts * No transportation issues to PIQ * Advanced knowledge of laser cutter operation and adjustments. * Ability to perform production setup and verify cutting parameters. * Reading of operation sheets, work instructions, and technical drawings. * Digital/manual reporting in ERP systems. * Ability to coordinate small teams and resolve line problems. * Preparation of cutting files and basic parameter adjustments. * Ability to detect cutting errors and perform minor adjustments. * Quality Control: Performing inspections and tests to ensure the quality of produced parts. * Tool and Material Handling: Proper selection and use of cutting tools and materials according to each job’s specifications. Main Responsibilities: * Execute cutting programming following the leader’s instructions. * Supervise correct material placement, parameters, and cutting conditions. * Report any major deviations to the leader or general supervisor. * Review and prepare assigned materials for each work order. * Perform program, nozzle, or parameter changes under the leader’s supervision if necessary. * Support in diagnosing cutting errors or machine failures. * Conduct first-article inspection and generate initial report if delegated by the leader. * Inform the leader of machine anomalies, material issues, or production delays. * Coordinate the operational team in fulfilling order, cleanliness, and area organization (5S). * Participate in autonomous maintenance activities (lens cleaning, nozzle cleaning, filter inspections, etc.). * SAP registration. * Correctly complete quality management system forms. * Coordinate and validate first-article startup according to quality criteria.
