Job Description: At **Sluten**, we are **leaders in fiber optic installation**, committed to **innovation** and **service excellence**. **Job Objective:** Ensure the **proper operation of technical crews** through **service order tracking**, **location validation**, **resource management**, and **efficient communication** with customers and internal departments, guaranteeing **service quality and timeliness**. **Responsibilities:** * Provide **on-the-road support to technicians** and coordinate customer service. * **Record and track** attendance, daily crew production, and supervision. * **Report incidents** and distribute relevant information to involved departments (**Collections, Sales, Internal/External Plant, Human Resources, Management, and Supervision**). * **Manage service orders**, **validate locations** using **KMZ (Google Earth Pro)**, and **monitor the use of equipment and available resources**. * Perform **administrative tasks and vehicle control activities**. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in related fields (telecommunications experience preferred). * Completed high school diploma. * Familiarity with **digital tools** and **monitoring platforms** (**FFM CLOUD, GPS, and Excel**). * **Data analysis skills** and proficiency with **pivot tables**. * **Effective communication**, **organizational skills**, and **attention to detail**. * Ability to **work collaboratively in teams** and across departments. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
