**"Human Resources Coordinator"**
**Position Objective:**
Responsible for coordinating and executing Human Resources strategies across the various business units within the assigned region, ensuring timely vacancy coverage, proper personnel administration, strengthened labor relations, training, and compliance with internal policies.
**Main Responsibilities:**
**Recruitment and Selection**
* Coordinate talent attraction and selection processes.
* Ensure coverage of operational, administrative, and leadership vacancies.
* Implement recruitment strategies to ensure workforce availability.
* Monitor key metrics such as vacancy coverage rate and time-to-hire.
**Personnel Administration**
* Conduct hiring and onboarding processes.
* Ensure proper onboarding and secure maintenance of personnel files.
* Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
* Track personnel movements in accordance with internal policies.
**Labor Relations**
* Advise leaders and managers on correct application of policies and procedures.
* Address labor conflicts and follow up on disciplinary matters.
* Participate in internal investigations and employee separation processes.
* Promote a healthy and productive work environment.
**Training and Development**
* Coordinate training and development programs.
* Track training evidence and compliance.
* Identify regional training needs.
**Safety and Hygiene**
* Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene policies.
* Participate in workplace inspections, audits, and occupational safety investigations.
* Promote a preventive culture across business units.
**Strategic Management**
* Provide advisory support and accompaniment to operational leaders.
* Analyze Human Resources metrics and propose improvement actions.
* Implement talent retention strategies.
* Maintain consistent field presence through visits to various business units.
**Profile**
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
**Experience:**
* Minimum 3 years in generalist Human Resources or Human Resources coordination.
* Experience in operational and administrative recruitment.
* Experience in labor relations.
* Preferred experience in retail, logistics, or distribution centers.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Willingness and ability to travel. (Owning a vehicle is a plus; travel allowances and fuel reimbursement provided)
* Valid driver’s license.
* Proficiency in Human Resources metrics.
