Organizational, tracking, and effective communication skills Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or exports, and customer purchase order administration. * English proficiency level B1 (reading, writing, and basic communication). * Knowledge of customs regulations and export documentation. * Organizational, tracking, and effective communication skills. * SAP knowledge (Order Management System). Responsibilities: * Coordinate and track export shipments to ensure on-time delivery. * Prepare and review export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.). * Manage customs procedures and ensure compliance with international regulations. * Maintain communication with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to coordinate shipments. * Support preparation of reports and logistical information control. * Verify that products comply with the destination country’s export regulations. * Check and invoice preparation, and document administration.
