





**Kitchen Manager** Oversee the customer experience by managing and maintaining operational quality in the kitchen, including inventory control, supplies, and staffing. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Ensure that food production processes at the branch are carried out strictly in accordance with standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. \- Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly inventories. \- Guarantee adherence to recipes and operational manuals, supervising staff to ensure full compliance. \- Promote the professional development of team members through training activities and regular communication meetings with kitchen staff, consistently reinforcing company culture. \- Ensure implementation of the kitchen’s five core priorities, promptly resolve incidents occurring during service, and supervise staff adherence to the 5+5 standards. \- Foster and sustain a healthy work environment grounded in company values and continuously assessed through employee engagement surveys. **We Offer:** **BASE SALARY + TIPS + EMPLOYEE BENEFITS + GIFT CARD + BIRTHDAY DAY OFF** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
