Job Summary: We are seeking a multifunctional and proactive maintenance professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, maintain common areas, and respond to service requests. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas. 2. Maintain optimal conditions in common areas and respond to service reports. 3. Problem resolution, service-oriented attitude, and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in electricity, plumbing, painting, air conditioning, and ventilation. - Inspect and maintain common areas (e.g., guest rooms, lobby, hallways, swimming pool) in optimal condition. - Promptly and effectively address defect reports or service requests.
