Leadership and decision-making Specialist in Electromechanical, Civil, and HVAC Installations Work Mode: Field and office We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in electromechanical installations, civil works, and HVAC systems, capable of coordinating integrated projects, managing personnel, and developing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Responsibilities * Planning, execution, and control of electromechanical, civil, and HVAC projects. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and management of operational personnel. * Site supervision, progress monitoring, cost control, and schedule management. * Preparation, review, and updating of as-built and construction drawings. * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and clients. * Compliance with applicable regulations and standards (NOM, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IEC, ISO). * Supervision of testing, commissioning, and project handover. * Implementation of safety, quality, and productivity practices. Requirements * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Civil Engineering or related degree. * Proven experience in industrial projects. * Solid knowledge of electromechanical and HVAC installations. * Experience in personnel management and site supervision. * Proficiency in reading and preparing engineering drawings. Required Software * AutoCAD 2D/3D (mandatory). * Revit (desirable). * MS Project or Primavera. * Advanced Excel. * HVAC calculation software (desirable).
