The ideal candidate must combine business analytical vision with technical development skills. Responsibilities The role is evenly divided into two main areas: 50% Analysis and Consulting: Client interviews, requirements documentation, process modeling (diagrams and use cases), and translating business needs into technical specifications. 50% Development: Building backend and frontend modules using AI tools to optimize workflow. Required Qualifications Education and Profile Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, LATI, or related field (degree or letter of completion). Ability to clearly write technical documents. Technical English at reading level. Technical Competencies Languages and Frameworks: Python (Flask or FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript with React. Databases: SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL). Tools: Git (commit management, branching, pull requests) and REST APIs. AI-Driven Development Regular use of code assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude. Ability to formulate effective prompts. Capability to review and validate the integrity of AI-generated code. Soft Skills Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders.
