This role supports the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of business applications. The developer analyzes business and technical requirements, writes and configures application code, and ensures solutions follow established standards and methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements. * Translate business needs into software, system, and data requirements. * Prepare technical specifications and contribute to application design. * Code and configure internally developed and COTS applications. * Create, modify, and test programming code following architectural and security standards. * Assist with application testing, deployment, enhancements, and troubleshooting. * Diagnose and resolve system issues by analyzing problems and implementing complete solutions. * Respond to maintenance requests, ensuring system performance meets expectations. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent technical training/experience. * 1\.5\+ years of IT or related technical experience. * Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies, architecture principles, database concepts, and programming languages.
