A maintenance helper is required for general maintenance and cleaning. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and basic masonry is required. Tasks include cleaning high areas, ceilings, rain gutters, moving lightweight boxes and furniture, chlorination of water tanks, and various maintenance duties. Training will be provided if necessary.
