Restaurant, due to a **new opening in Juriquilla**, is seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to join from the beginning of operations. We are looking for talent with a service-oriented attitude, orderliness, and commitment, who wishes to become part of a growing professional team. **Main Responsibilities** * Assistance in food preparation (mise en place). * Cleaning, washing, and disinfecting supplies. * Keeping workstations organized and clean. * Direct support to chefs during service. * Proper handling of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (Distintivo H). **Requirements** * Previous experience as a **Kitchen Assistant** (desirable). * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Flexible availability of schedule. * Valid basic documentation (INE, RFC, NSS, birth certificate, proof of address). **Schedule** * Morning shift: **8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.** * Afternoon shift: **11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.** *(Shifts rotate according to operations; details provided during interview)* **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of **$9,000 to $9,500** (based on experience). * Biweekly payment. * Weekly tips. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. **Work Location** l **Plaza de los Cuatro Elementos, Juriquilla, Querétaro** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $9,000.00 \- $9,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
