




**Objectives** Recruitment of operational staff, carrying out recruitment and selection processes in an organized manner. **Requirements and Activities** * 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes. * 2\-3 years of experience in recruitment agencies and KPI management; reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Acquisition Head. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. * Conduct candidate searches for positions requiring a higher level of specialization within the company; establish contacts with Chambers of Commerce, Associations, and Job Boards. * Schedule in-person, virtual, or telephone interviews for mid-level and operational candidates. * Maintain control of documents generated in the Talent Acquisition area. * Administer psychometric test batteries and analyze the results obtained; conduct interviews and refer candidates to subsequent interviews; request documentation required for hiring personnel. **We Offer** * Base salary of $15,000 to $20,000 monthly (gross). * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Transportation and cafeteria services. * Uniforms and school supplies support for employees with children in preschool or elementary school.
