**Job Description:** **Purpose of the Position:** ========================= Responsible for robust control of the administration, procurement, and payment of white pallets across the entire warehouse network, monitoring waste of white pallets and ensuring that rejections due to deviations in the procurement process of this material are carried out correctly. Responsible for maintaining the credibility and reliability of physical inventories compared to the system to ensure continuous warehouse operations and prevent product shortages in purchase orders from our customers and/or warehouse operational stoppages due to lack of product. **What Are We Looking For?** ========================== **1. Education and Professional Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate/advanced English. **2. Knowledge / Skills:** * Proficiency in SAP system, MS OFFICE (Excel-Word-Outlook) * Problem-solving skills * Information analysis * Experience in generating forecasts * 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles **What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?** ==================================================== * Control and administration of white pallets and CHEP to ensure supply at plant level and avoid manufacturing operational stoppages. * Ensure DOS for white pallets and CHEP within the plant. * Generation of FCST and Actuals for white pallets. * Guarantee that accounts payable to pallet suppliers are up to date through no-outstanding-balance letters. * Coordinate the process of donations of finished goods. * Coordinate, via suppliers, maintenance of racks, loading docks, and general warehouse requirements. * Ensure that the warehouse’s IRA and ILA remain within target. * Maintain inventory reliability (finished goods) to guarantee that the Customer Service area can allocate products for our customers’ orders, while the planning team correctly develops its production strategies based on reported inventory levels. **What Can You Expect From MARS?** ================================= * Work alongside diverse and talented associates, all guided by the Five Principles. * Join a purpose-led company where we strive to build the world we want tomorrow—today. * World-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our internal Mars University. * Competitive industry salary and benefits package, including company bonuses.
