**Job Objective** Plan, coordinate and supervise the proper execution of landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with the work schedule, material quality, and correct execution of work. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site execution of landscaping work. * Develop, coordinate and monitor the **work schedule**. * Ensure **timely delivery, scope compliance and quality** of the project. * Verify that the **materials used are correct** and comply with project specifications. * Verify the **quality of materials and labor**. * Coordinate and supervise **operational staff and work crews**. * Maintain **direct communication with the client**, addressing observations and requirements. * Implement technical adjustments when required by the project. * Handle and review drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Monitor and control construction progress. * Coordinate and carry out **project handover** to the client. * Comply with safety regulations and internal guidelines. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (graduated or intern). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years supervising construction projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * AutoCAD (mandatory). * Construction scheduling and control. * Landscaping and light construction materials. * **Skills:** * Leadership and personnel management. * Effective client communication. * On-site problem solving. **Competencies** * Working under pressure. * Results-oriented.
