Proven experience with Contpaqi Nóminas **GRUPO CASTILLO is seeking a Payroll Assistant in Querétaro, Querétaro** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **A LEADING LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS SEEKING:** **PAYROLL ASSISTANT / EL MARQUÉS, QRO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Minimum 1 year of proven experience in payroll.** **Experience with Contpaqi Nóminas (verifiable).** Experience and/or knowledge of filings with IDSE, SUA, REPSE, FONACOT, INFONAVIT SAT, IMSS. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Payroll processing. Stamping of payroll receipts. Issuing corresponding CFDI payroll documents and delivering them to employees. Tracking attendance incidents, absences, vacations, disabilities, etc. Calculating severance payments. Calculating vacation bonus, statutory holidays, Sunday premium, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU). Handling requirements and procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and STPS. Determining tax on payroll disbursements. Assessing the company’s work-risk premium based on workplace accident records. Thorough knowledge and application of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law, and Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday **LOCATION: BERNARDO QUINTANA INDUSTRIAL PARK, QUERÉTARO (NEAR PILGRIM’S — POULTRY COMPANY)** **WE OFFER:** Monthly net salary. 100% IMSS contributions.
