Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement (5S). **Job Description:** Position Purpose The Reliability Engineer is responsible for maximizing machinery reliability and availability through the effective implementation of maintenance strategies. The Reliability Engineer will actively contribute to reducing unplanned downtime, optimizing costs, and continuously improving operational efficiency—ensuring the sustainability of our operations while consistently safeguarding product quality and safety, fully aligned with the Company’s Principles. What Are We Looking For? **1\. Education and Professional Skills:** * Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree required). * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **2\. Knowledge / Skills:** * TPM/RCM and/or Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in diagnosing failures in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (control and power). * Ability to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and diagrams. * SAP or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis. * Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and DTI diagrams. What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability by executing maintenance strategies and effective interventions. * Lead technical diagnosis and resolution of critical plant failures, serving as the technical escalation point and managing the process. * Execute and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans to anticipate and prevent equipment failures. * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and eliminate recurring issues, driving continuous improvement. * Ensure maintenance data integrity by properly managing and closing work orders in SAP PM. * Implement methodologies such as TPM/RCM/MSE to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability. * Promote a culture of safety, operational discipline, order, and continuous improvement (5S) within the team. * Ensure compliance with organizational safety, quality, and environmental policies.
