




Main Responsibilities Information Management: Entering and updating employee data in the internal system (hiring, termination, position changes). Digitization: Scanning and electronically archiving physical files, ensuring chronological and administrative order. Incident Tracking: Recording attendance, tardiness, leave requests, and vacation days in spreadsheets or HR software. Document Validation: Conducting technical reviews of documentation submitted by new hires to ensure compliance with internal requirements. Administrative Support: Preparing basic reports and forms for credential or contract delivery. Profile Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry, filing, or administrative roles (preferably in HR). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas, tables). Keyboard speed and accuracy (touch typing). Competencies: Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
