At **Ochoa Corn Products**, a company dedicated to manufacturing corn-based derivatives, we are looking for a **Maintenance Coordinator**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery (tortilla and corn processing equipment) * Supervise the maintenance team * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures * Implement improvements in processes and equipment * Prepare reports and performance indicators (KPIs) **Requirements:** * Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role (coordinator) * Experience in the food industry (preferred) * Knowledge of production machinery * Personnel management skills * Flexible working hours * Sense of urgency **We Offer:** * Salary as stated in this posting (non-negotiable) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities Salary: $29,999.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
