An aerospace and aviation component manufacturing company is seeking a **Training Coordinator**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * EDUCATION: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in training. * AGE: 24 to 35 years old. * Driver's License (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience using the SIRCE platform. **SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Excellent communication, teaching, and public presentation skills. * Proactivity and resilience. * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions. * Problem-solving capability. * Service- and people-oriented mindset. * Negotiation and supplier interaction skills. * Generate, administer, and execute employee DNC (Development Needs Certification). Execute and record training sessions. Coordinate and monitor training courses according to plans and programs. Ensure compliance with STPS training requirements and issue training competency certificates. Administer Development Programs. Participate in special events and internal communications. Coordinate emergency brigade training (First Aid, Firefighting, Evacuation). Support implementation of ISO9001:2002 / IATF 16949 quality system dissemination programs. Attend audits related to training and competence.
