We are looking for: Appraisal Assistant \- Querétaro **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technician student (internship level) or recent graduate. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in property inspections or real estate appraisals (MANDATORY). * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SHF, and banking appraisal guidelines. * Proficiency in entering appraisal data into the SAX system (MANDATORY). * Valid driver's license. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Property inspection and measurement visits. * General knowledge of appraisals. * Entering appraisal data into the SAX system. * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and banking appraisal guidelines (Desirable). * Knowledge of SHF appraisal guidelines (Desirable). * MANDATORY: Preparation of AutoCAD drawings. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Career development plan.
