Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, networks, and communication systems; provide user support and training; and carry out administrative inventory tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical maintenance and support for computer equipment and networks 2. User training on the use of equipment and systems 3. Inventory management and administrative activities Job Objective: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, networks, communication equipment (telephony), internal circuit cameras, etc. Provide technical support to users. Deliver user training on the use of communication equipment, networks, ERP systems, etc. Other administrative tasks: execution of month-end inventory counts.
