Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programmer specialized in 5-axis machining centers, with experience in advanced programming and complex machining strategies for high-precision parts. Experience with complex surfaces and precision machining We are seeking a CNC Programmer specialized in 5-axis machining centers, with experience in advanced programming and complex machining strategies for high-precision parts. Main Responsibilities: - Advanced CNC programming for simultaneous 5-axis machining (CAM software) - Generation of complex toolpaths and process simulation - Interpretation of engineering drawings and 3D models - Definition of machining strategies (roughing, finishing, high-speed machining) - CNC machine setup and adjustment - Program validation and machine trials - Optimization of cycle times and reduction of waste - Coordination with engineering and production Requirements: - Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related degree - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in 5-axis CNC programming - Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, PowerMill, NX, HyperMill, etc.) - Knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) - Advanced interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T - Experience with complex surfaces and precision machining - Results-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to continuous improvement We Offer: - Social Security - Paid Vacation - Vacation Bonus - Profit-Sharing Payment (PTU) - Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo) - Paid Leave - Loans - Punctuality and Attendance Bonus - Grocery Vouchers - Productivity Bonus. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: developer, desarrollador
