




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support talent management—from recruitment and selection to personnel administration—improving processes and enhancing employee well-being. Plays a key role in employee well-being and development We are looking for an HR Coordinator who is proactive and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. The primary objective is to provide support across various talent management areas—from recruitment and selection through to personnel administration—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes (posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Manage proper onboarding of new hires. Oversee contract signings. Ensure 100% accuracy in employee headcount records. Maintain personnel files and update databases. Support performance management, training, and development initiatives. Support operations and ensure achievement of annualized and 90-day turnover objectives. Advise employees on HR policies and procedures. Prepare talent management reports and metrics. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Analyst or similar roles. Knowledge of local labor legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate–Advanced Excel). Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR management system. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and service-oriented skills.
