Job Summary: We are seeking operators to work in Thermoforming, Mixing, or Winder areas, performing manual and physically demanding tasks under a rotating shift schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Initial training with possible assignment to a mixed shift GENERAL ACTIVITIES (Three areas): 1\. Thermoforming 2\. Mixing — working with resin a 3\. Winder — an area where employees operate machinery to transform large tubes; candidates may be assigned to any of these areas. In general, activities are physically demanding — from loading tubes for molding to moving drums if assigned to the resin area. **THREE ROTATING SHIFTS EVERY 15 DAYS:** 1st Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Due to training requirements, new hires may initially be assigned to the 1st shift, 2nd shift, or a mixed shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM); upon completion of training, they will be assigned to one of the three regular shifts.
