Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00\. **Position Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of daily service operations, guaranteeing operational continuity, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), safety, technical quality, and customer satisfaction in mission-critical environments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily service operations (maintenance, operation, technical support, facilities, etc.). * Supervise operational and technical staff (shifts, roles, attendance, performance). * Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and established operational procedures. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for critical infrastructure. * Manage incidents, emergencies, and escalation of critical events. * Serve as the point of contact among customers, vendors, and internal teams. * Verify compliance with safety, occupational health, and access control regulations. * Prepare operational reports, logs, failure analyses, and continuous improvement plans. * Support internal, external, and certification audits (e.g., ISO). * Control operational resources, tools, and materials assigned to operations. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as specified by Occupational Safety, in accordance with Occupational Safety standards; * Safeguard company assets; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Ensure confidentiality and protection of corporate information; * Strictly comply with the company’s Internal Regulations and Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Requirements:** * Strong orientation toward operational continuity and attention to detail. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Organizational and planning skills. * Effective communication with technical teams and customers. * Operational leadership and teamwork. * Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. * 3 years of experience in similar positions. **Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Networks, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Birthday day off. * Innovative, collaborative, and highly technical work environment.
