Positive work environment **Department:** Information Technology **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Systems Engineer** to provide comprehensive technical support to company employees, ensuring the proper operation of computer equipment, networks, and systems. The role is responsible for managing the technological infrastructure, Level 1 (L1) support, information security, and continuous improvement of technological processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (computers, networks, printers, and mobile devices). * Provide L1 support for enterprise systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and servers. * Administer and monitor networks and servers. * Manage control and inventory of technological equipment. * Configure and prepare equipment for new hires. * Administer collaboration tools (Office 365 and Google Workspace). * Implement information security policies and backups. * Prepare reports and metrics for the department. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in technical support or systems. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networking, protocols, and structured cabling. * Proficiency with Office 365 / Google Workspace tools. * Intermediate English level (B1\). **Key Competencies:** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork and user-focused service. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Growth and learning opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
